1. Who we are

This site presents the barbering work of Narcis ("Narcis Grooming Lounge"), based in Pitești, Romania. ⚠ TODO (at launch): full legal name / legal form (sole trader / PFA), tax ID if any, and exact address.

2. What data we process

This is a presentation website. We do not collect personal data via forms — there is no contact form on the site. Bookings happen directly on WhatsApp, Instagram or TikTok, using those apps (independent controllers with their own privacy policies).

The only data processed automatically on visit is the strictly necessary technical data for the site to function and stay secure (see Cookie Policy), handled by our host Cloudflare.

3. When you contact us on WhatsApp / social media

If you message us on WhatsApp, Instagram or TikTok for a booking, we see your name/handle and your message, solely to reply and arrange the appointment. These conversations are hosted by those platforms (Meta / TikTok).

4. Legal basis

Processing of technical data relies on our legitimate interest in a functional, secure website (Art. 6(1)(f) GDPR). Communication you initiate relies on pre-contractual steps at your request (Art. 6(1)(b) GDPR).

5. Your rights

Under GDPR you have the rights of access, rectification, erasure, restriction, objection and data portability.

You may lodge a complaint with the Romanian DPA (ANSPDCP), dataprotection.ro.
